Final Fantasy XIII-2 Launches today

In short Square Enix launches their newest title today, Final Fantasy XIII-2. A Final Fantasy that reminds a lot of another Square title involving time travel. But we are sworn that this game will clearly be an open and vast experience. So here are a few shots from the website.

"Nintendo Network" Announced

    
     Well it looks like the cat is really out of the bag now, and Nintendo has revealed their plans for the Nintendo Network. The network will be head-and-shoulders above the current "Wi-Fi connection," and will allow users to purchases full digital versions of retail games.

     Nintendo President Satoru Iwata expanded on the functionality of the network:
"Unlike Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, which has been focused upon specific functionalities and concepts, we are aiming to establish a platform where various services available through the network for our consumers shall be connected via Nintendo Network service so that the company can make comprehensive proposals to consumers," Iwata said.

     Nintendo also said that they're planning to sell 3DS and upcoming Wii U titles through the Nintendo Network. That said, there are bound to be issues with the small sizes of SD cards for the 3DS, which Nintendo has not responded to as of yet.

     So who's excited that Nintendo is finally stepping into the online market with a network as robust as it's competitors?

New Direction

OK so here is the straight and skinny.

I have run out of Sexy Gamers to give you all, unless you want me to pose. (you don't, trust me)
So until I get some more submissions I wont be posting any more for awhile.

But the new Direction, I am thinking that on top of news and gaming chatter, I would let you guys in on my "personal" life as well, the real me.

If people like to know what I am up to, I will continue to post daily blog kinda things. If it never catches on, will then I will move on lol. so maybe I will make a post later on today, about some background info kinda thing and some daily musings.

To everyone, followers and fans alike. (and I know spelling in this post wont be perfect, but what is)

Muttonbasher Video Game Blog is owned and opperated by myself. one man. and is kept alive by the fans. I have let all of you down, even if only one fan is out there I feel I have let you down.

I still have a dream to make this site a very strong and healthy community of gamers and my personal life has stepped in the way of that. I will send this to twitter and facebook, if I get even one person (more is better, supporting me), I will get Muttonbasher back on track.
